Bedford Veterans Committee Resource Guide
The Veterans Advisory Committee (VAC) was established to (1) advise the Town Board on matters relating to military veterans and their families, and (2) raise awareness of and coordinate support for veterans.
The VAC helps veterans navigate the services and benefits offered by Federal, state, and local government organizations and non-profit entities.
Members of the VAC also lead and participate in numerous volunteer initiatives throughout Bedford and Westchester County which support veterans and the community.
The VAC meets on the second Wednesday of each month at the Katonah American Legion. The meetings are open to everyone.
Please contact us by email at veterans@bedfordny.gov if you need assistance, have questions, or would like to get involved with the VAC.
