PUBLIC NOTICE – 11.1.22 TOWN BOARD MEETING and PUBLIC HEARINGS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Bedford Town Board will be holding the following Public Hearings on November 1, 2022:

6:00 PM – Chapter 117, Article II, Section 5 – Truck exclusions.

6:10 PM – Chapter 125, Section 119A regarding Temporary signs in the Right of Way

The regular Town Board meeting will start at the conclusion the two Public Hearings at approximately 6:15 PM

The meetings will be held at the Town of Bedford Town Hall, 321 Bedford Road, Bedford Hills, New York, both in person and via videoconference and teleconference.  The public will have an opportunity to observe and listen to the meeting live and provide comments either by appearing in person at the above address or by videoconference or teleconference via the Zoom meeting website at https://zoom.us/j/ and clicking on “Join a Meeting”, and enter meeting ID: 832 2292 9759 (011452 password). You can also call in to the ZOOM meeting at +1 646 558 8656 when prompted, enter 832 2292 9759 (011452) password.

On the evening of November 1, 2022, 5 minutes before 6:00 PM, log in with your computer or your telephone. You will be placed on hold until the meeting starts. If anyone has questions about accessing the Zoom videoconference, they should email the Town Clerk at lfumagalli@bedfordny.gov.

The public may also view the live meeting on our Town’s website at www.BedfordNY.gov.
