Overview
The Town Board established The Neurodivergent Task Force (originally named Autism-Friendly Town Task Force) to solicit feedback, produce a report of their work and launch an initiative to promote a more friendly town for those individuals with Autism and other neurodivergent disabilities.

The work of the task force was realized through the establishment of three subcommittees:
- Resource Committee
- Survey Committee
- Training Committee

Upon completion of the task force work, the working group established InclusiveNY, where their work continues and launched with a community Autism training program, facilitated by the Anderson Center for Autism.
