How We Serve You
The Receiver of Taxes is responsible for collecting all taxes levied within the Town from the three school districts serving Bedford; Bedford’s portion of the Westchester County tax; Town and Special District taxes.
There are many different ways to pay your taxes, either online, in-person, by mail, or through a drop box. For more information about each of these methods, view your payment options.
Dates to Remember
- Town and County Payment Deadline: April 30
- School Tax Bill First-Half Payment Deadline: September 30
- School Tax Bill Second-Half Payment Deadline: January 31
- All Unpaid Taxes Are Filed With the County Clerk’s Office: July 1
