Overview
The Bedford Building Health and Performance Committee (BHP) was established to help create a new law to allow for the proper inspection and benchmarking of rental units and to create new policies that improve overall building performance, address health and safety conditions created by indoor air pollution, moisture, and serious safety issues and work in partnership with building owners by providing support to improve the performance of rental-units.
