Commuter parking permits for non-residents are only offered for Lot 3, located 50 Woods Bridge Road in Katonah.
Based on availability, the annual cost is $1,341.
The rate will be prorated as necessary.
The permit will be valid from July 1 to June 30 each year.
To purchase a permit, visit the Parking Permit Portal website and apply for a permit.
Non-Resident parking permits are issued on a limited basis and the Town does not guarantee a renewal in subsequent years.
Permit holders are allowed to register up to three vehicles registered to the permit holder, but only one registered vehicle can be parked in the lot on any given day.
