The Assessor is responsible for setting the assessed value of buildings and land within a parcel/property. The assessment is the value upon which a property's taxes are based. Residents may apply for specific tax exemptions or challenge an assessment through the grievance process.

Grievance application period: June 1st through June 20, 2023
Grievance Day: June 20, 2023
Final Assessment Roll filing: September 15, 2023
Applications approved for June 1, 2023 will reflect for the first time on April 2024 County and Town Bills.
